Each and every candle is completely individual, with a lot of love, time and care going into making them special. Please note your candle may vary slightly in detail and colour compared to images on our site. They are hand poured, so some small imperfections such as air bubbles, frosting (common with natural waxes and unharmful to candles) or minor scuffs may occur.

As Mela is currently a one-woman small business, please allow between 5 and 7 days for your candle to be dispatched via Royal Mail. Shipping info is detailed on the checkout page.

As each candle is made to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. If there are any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch so we can resolve this with you directly.
